Two years ago, I injured my right arm during a practice preparing my son’s baseball team for the state tournament. While throwing pop flies, I felt and heard a pop in my elbow followed by searing pain. After resting it for some time, I could still barely hold the baseball. This was the result of a severe ligament sprain. After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Dunbar fit me with a brace and walked me through half a dozen pain free exercises. After six weeks, with the brace on, I was able to make a limited number of throws at short distance. Over time the number of throws, the distance and the speed at which I threw the ball increased. By following Dr. Dunbar’s instruction, my arm is now back to 100%. I can once again enjoy playing catch with my son and continue to help coach his travel team. Dr. Dunbar has also helped me successfully resolve shoulder and knee injuries. All of this – and without surgery. Dr. Dunbar is and will remain my preferred physical therapist. I recommend him to anyone.
